Salary
1. 1,500 USD/month if level assistant

Tasks description
BUSINESS
Stake communication (with the help of a marketing assistant)
Follow all clientele matters, with main focus on implementation of new selling networks within the established business policy. This implies:
analyzing the received proposals; evaluate each inquiry; require business plans; select those in favor of the brand’s development; orientate proposals to match company’s goals; argue and convince in business negotiation.
Development
1. BRAND self-owned development.
Set up business budgets, Recruit and train Regional Brand Managers (if necessary) .Follow new networks and assist
2. Franchise:
supervise the elaboration of the Franchise and Corner network, and assist Franchisees in all their needs. (this department will lead to the opening of a new position when a sufficient numbers of Franchises is obtained.)
3. Distribution:
implement new distribution networks. Inform, organize and assist new Distributors, Agents, and Wholesalers.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
1. coordinate the sales team (share, inform, display tasks)
2. organize and host business meetings, product training, sales methods and merchandising with distributors, sales agents, retail staff, etc. (with the help of the Retail Manager in Bali.)
3. recruit and train new staff when needed, to handle and follow the growth of the network..
SALES MANAGEMENT
1. control and analyze business and management performance factors.
(With the help of Export Manager, Stock Controller, and Regional Brand Manager in Bali (retail manager).)
2. analyze product behavior, expectations and needs of clientele; product statistics analysis; link and report to production (with the help of stock controller)
3. follow and report figures, hand to accounting department
MARKETING
1. develop and create new business initiatives
2. outsource new markets
3. create presentation tools (with the help of the graphic and creative team) such as:
edit presentations and newsletters
participate in establishing promotional campaigns
negotiate and set-up press actions, partnership, offers, promotional events, etc.
