Key Responsibilities:
Primary Purpose of Position:
Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting for Indonesia operations, supported by a robust control environment
Ensure timely and accurate direct and in-direct tax reporting / compliance for Indonesia operations
Provide pro-active and sound commercial support to business operations and General Manager
Prepare Business Plans, Budgets and Forecasts for the operations
Financial and Management Reporting
Half and Full Year reporting
Prepare and review half-year and full year financial reporting packs
Prepare and review half and full-year statutory financial statements (as required by local
Regulators)
Month end reporting :
This role encompasses ultimate ownership and responsibility for the operations General Ledger. Ensure all balance sheet accounts, including related party balances, are closed off, reconciled and appropriately reviewed at the end of each month
Preparation / review of the monthly management reporting pack for local management and regional reporting purposes, ensuring timely and accurate provision of profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements for the individual and aggregated operations of Indonesia
Prepare profit and loss and cash flow forecasts for the operation for management and regional reporting purposes
Control environment
Implement / maintain a sound control environment through-out the operation, implement
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Delegation of Authority
Review and develop accounting systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Budget preparation and Business Planning
Prepare the operations annual budget and business plan for review by the General Manager
Identify trends in historical and forecast data to assist the General Manager and commercial managers with operational improvements
Royalties
Ensure accurate and timely recording (with appropriate supporting documentation), reporting and payment of quarterly royalty’s to inter-group companies
Taxation Reporting and Compliance
Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax compliance requirements of the Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines operations
Ensure compliance with direct and in-direct tax payment procedures and timing
Identify and communicate tax efficient strategies to the Regional Finance Manager where unnecessary tax leakage is occurring in the operation
People Management
Ensure clear direction is provided to direct reports (as and when any are recruited)
Provide on-going and pro-active coaching and mentoring to direct reports
Display role model behaviors to wider finance and operational teams
Other
Assist General Manager with other tasks as required from time to time
Key Measurable:
Timely and accurate production of all management, statutory and regional reporting requirements
A sound control framework as assessed by external auditors
Pro-active approach to maintaining knowledge of current AIFRS reporting and local compliance standards and regulations
Compliance with direct and in-direct tax requirements
Timely and accurate taxation reporting and payment of amounts due
Performance and development of direct reports assessed through individual performance feedback
Salary 15-20 million THP
- Min 3 years experience as Account Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive
- Good salesmanship and customer care
- Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure
- Good attitude, well groomed
- Fluent in English written and spoken

- Experience in 2 or more in similar position in 5 star hotel or wedding operation
- Will handle large wedding staff
- Has skill bit like HR for recruit own staff
