SALE MANAGER (Property in Kuta)

• Female, age between 30-40,
  
• min S1 degree (preferred education/employment background : architect, civil, engineering, marketing or finance),
  
• Min 3 years working experience in property/real estate sale,
  
• proven sale record of minimum USD 500,000/month,
  
• Good attitude with high integrity,
  
• know how to dress well professional( interesting),
  
• Physically interesting,
  
• have a great smile,
  
• talker-speaker & write fluent English,
  
• Have most of knowledge in property: sale process, property status(freehold, leasehold),property market price, per area Bali (land & building appreciation), property return on investment & capital appreciation, (per area), property ownership (hak milik, HGB, Nominee, Hak Pakai),
  
• Education/employment background : architect, civil engineering, marketing and finance, positive person, high stable motivation,
  
• have the skill to motivate people, able to manage people,
  
• computer literature.

Salary up to 12 million + Commission
